ZeroPoint provides various services including but not limited to English language school in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates . We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice.

To access certain features of our services, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring that your account information is accurate and up-to-date

• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others

If you purchase any of our paid services, you agree to:

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice.

Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.

• Any conduct or content of any third party on our services
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
• Any other matter relating to our services

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ZeroPoint and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation, reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our services or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use our services after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
